Welcome to Vive Mas Med Spa. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system, phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept list payment methods: credit cards, cash, debit, etc. All sales on treatments and packages are final and non-refundable.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Vive Mas Med Spa is a medical aesthetics practice. Services are provided by licensed professionals. Results vary based on individual health, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Some treatments require medical clearance. Clients must disclose any health conditions, medications, or allergies prior to treatment.

5. Consent Forms

Certain services require written informed consent. Clients must complete all necessary forms prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if consent is not provided.

6. Minors

Services are available to individuals 18 years or older. Minors may only receive select treatments with parental/guardian consent and presence.

7. Packages & Promotions

Promotional pricing is valid only during the promotional period. Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Website & Online Use

All content on our website and social media (photos, videos, text) is property of Vive Mas Med Spa. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vive Mas Med Spa, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Clients are responsible for following pre- and post-care instructions.
